Apink is a South Korean girl group formed under the label Play M Entertainment (formerly Plan A Entertainment and A Cube Entertainment) and is comprised of six members, namely Park Chorong, Yoon Bomi, Jeong Eunji, Son Naeun, Kim Namjoo, and Oh Hayoung. The group debuted on 19 April 2011 with the song, I don't know.

Apink is best known for their lively and uplifting tracks such as NoNoNo, Mr. Chu, and Five, mixed with their rosy and feminine image as shown in LUV, Remember, and Only One. The group has made a 180° turn in its image with its newer releases I’m so sick and %% (Eung Eung), popularizing the ‘innocent charisma’ concept as opposed to the more common sexy and girl crush themes.

Apink has won multiple awards over the past 8 years of their career but the group’s most notable distinction is currently being the girl group with the most music show wins for one title song, namely LUV, with 17 wins which have swept all the music show awards for the month of December 2014 and have remained at the top of Korean music charts for two months.

From before the group's debut up to the present, Apink has establised themselves as beagle idols with their amazing wit and comedic talents. The group members are much-loved by the Korean public, causing an increase in ratings for the shows they guest. Both as a group and as individuals, they boast a lot of experience under their belt as hosts and entertainers.

Apink is currently the only girl group to have five domestic concerts in the members' homeland, South Korea. The group has accomplished numerous concerts and tours around the world, primarily located in Asia. Following 2NE1, Apink is the second Korean girl group to carry through a successful North America Tour.
